Accommodations
Wild Horses is easily managed by two crew. With twin helms, furling headsail and main, all lines led aft and ample winches, the boat can be easily maneuvered under sail or power. The walk-through transom makes boarding at the dock or from the dinghy a safe and easy task. The side decks are spacious and easily traversed. Anchoring is simplified with the Maxwell electric windlass. The cockpit is very comfortable with settees long enough to sleep on, a spacious folding cockpit table for dining al fresco, stern rail seats and closed-cell cockpit cushions for comfortable seating and views while underway. Seventeen opening hatches and portals facilitate ventilation of the boat. All spaces on deck are well illuminated for operations at night, including a halogen deck light, a halogen floodlight mounted on the radar pole to illuminate the aft end of the boat for easy boarding from the dinghy (operated by a wireless key fob), red LED cockpit lighting and red/white table lighting. A dodger, interconnect, and bimini provide protection from the elements and, in colder weather, a complete cockpit enclosure can be installed to extend the
sailing season and provide additional space for entertaining. There are also Sunbrella awnings for the bow and for the boom, and there are covers for the winches, companionway and cockpit table.
