1973 Ranger 23

Mobile, Alabama

Designed by Gary Mull, as a quarter-ton racer, the Ranger 23 is a small trailerable boat.  All the fun with out all the hassle. This little boat is simple yet versatile. With a fixed fin keel, two jib sheet winches in the cockpit, and a halyard winch located on the mast. It can be sailed single handed or with crew.  Sturdy enough to be called a cruiser, light and fast enough to race, the ranger has clear open decks and large cockpit area. The light and open interior design makes the cozy space feel larger than it is.
